Brisbane office & warehouse

spatex is one of the largest industry importer, wholesaler distributor, supplier and stockist of spa parts outside North America!
We offer our customers unsurpassed technical support, parts and backup service for all brands of spas and equipment used in our region over the last 35+ years.
Our aim is to keep your customers spas in hot water!

spatex is conveniently located in the Brisbane suburb of Tingalpa, just 5 minutes south of the Gateway bridge.
We access our stock from many manufacturers based around Australia, USA, Canada, China, Europe and New Zealand. We warehouse and distribute from our Brisbane premises.
spatex distributes parts to industry customers & service technicians around the world.
As well as supporting all current spa brands, we strive to continue to offer ongoing parts and support for the many defunct spa brands that have gone in the last few years.

spatex (originally Australian Spa Parts) was founded in 2002 after realizing the need for a spa parts 'supermarket' that did not exist at that time outside North America.
Since foundation, spatex has continually expanded in size and range, re-locating in November 2018 to a much larger warehouse with over 3500 lines and continuing to expand.
spatex is a motivated team dedicated to supporting our customers with accurate and helpful knowledge, as well as parts to build or repair spas and hot tubs.

Our 800 square metre Brisbane Complex - Office, Showroom & Warehouse holds thousands of product lines ready for immediate dispatch
