IPS Weld-On Solvent Cement & Primer Range

We carry a range of IPS Weld-On specialty solvent cements, priming fluid and associated products suitable for use in swimming pool and spa applications.

Medium body solvent cement for ridgid and flexible PVC (spaflex)
747 - extremely fast set time - Blue fading to clear
795 - fast set time - slighly more elastic than 747 - clear

Heavy body solvent cement for ridgid PVC
711 - medium set time - good gap filling - grey

Extra heavy body solvent cement for ridgid PVC
719 - slow set time - high gap filling - white

Transitional solvent cement for bonding ABS to ridgid PVC
794 - Used for bonding joints between ABS and PVC fittings/pipe only - green

Multipurpose solvent cement for bonding ridgid similar materials
790 - medium set time - Bond ABS-ABS, PVC-PVC, CPVC-CPVC - amber

Priming Fluid
P-68 - Used with all solvent cements listed above (except 747 and 795 as long as pipe/fittings are clean) Do not use on ABS - clear

Plastic Repairs
810 - 2 part plastic repair for use with PVC, ABS, Acrylic & more - white

Hand Cleaner
662 - Glue Buster Hand Cleaner - easily removes solvent cement, primers, sealants, grease, tar and stubborn soils

Other accessories
Super Dauber - use in place of standard threaded cap/applicator to eliminate stuck lids and quickly seal the tin between joint bonding. Telescopic to reach bottom of tins
Easy Twist Can Opener - easily undo stuck tin lids due to dryed solvent cement
Deburring Tool - removes the bur from inside and outside of pipe ends prior to gluing to ensure a good joint free of solvent cement being scraped out of the way by burs - suits all PVC pipe sizes up to 2" / 50mm
