spatex is the largest industry importer, wholesaler distributor, supplier and stockist of spa parts in the Southern Hemisphere ... in fact we are the largest supplier outside North America!
We offer our customers unsurpassed technical support, parts and backup service for all brands of spas and equipment used in our region over the last 25+ years.
Our aim is to keep your customers spas in hot water! 

spatex is conveniently located in the Brisbane suburb of Tingalpa, just 5 minutes south of the Gateway bridge.
We access our stock from many manufacturers based around Australia, USA, Canada, China, Europe and New Zealand. We warehouse and distribute from our Brisbane premises.
spatex distributes parts to industry customers & service technicians around the world. We regularly display at industry trade shows such as SPLASH and SPASA.
As well as supporting all current spa brands, we strive to continue to offer ongoing parts and support for the many defunct spa brands that have gone in the last few years. 
We've been a supplier member of  since 2013.

History:

Adrian Lacy founded Spa Products Pty Ltd, trading as spatex (originally Australian Spa Parts) in 2002 after realizing the need for a spa parts 'supermarket' that did not exist at that time outside North America.
Since foundation, spatex has continually expanded in size and range, re-locating in November 2018 to a much larger warehouse with over 5000 lines and continuing to expand, with a dedicated staff of five.

Adrian is a qualified Electrical Contractor and ran a spa repair business in Brisbane for 8 years from 1994, prior to concentrating on the supply of parts as spatex. 
He has over 30 years experience in electrical and spa related fields offering unsurpassed support & information to our valued customers and to our staff, to ensure ongoing knowledge development.
spatex is a motivated team dedicated to supporting our customers with accurate and helpful knowledge, as well as parts to build or repair spas and hot tubs.
