Used in numerous spas that have used Rising Dragon filters. 
Used in most Chinese manufactured spas Lid clips off.

196mm outer diameter vane base secured with 2 x swing out tabs. Also required to be screwed. 
140mm high overall 
Once the Vane frame assy is secured to the filter housing, cartridge access for cleaning / replacement is gained by unclipping the cap to expose the cartridge.
